This is the innovative task to which BIO OIL Group is committed.

Scientists have proven that our environment is being damaged by greenhouse gas. We have committed ourselves to tackle this issue in two aspects in order to achieve a long-lasting transformation. Our modern way of life currently depends heavily on vehicles using fossil fuels. Crude oil as raw material for fuels is a limited resource, though. Alternatives for fossil fuels are therefore crucial and will become more and more important in the future.

At the same time, huge volumes of used cooking fats and oils are generated in the restaurant and food industry every day. Moreover, animal fats and similar refuse have to be disposed of day by day. However, these waste materials offer a huge potential. Because from these waste fats and oils, we can produce “green fuel” or “green energy” by processing them into waste-based biodiesel. This way, we can contribute to a healthier environment and a better future.
